POSTSAVER
A Postsaver rot protector is a heat shrinkable thermoplastic sleeve lined with a meltable liner. The rot protector is heat applied to a wooden post to create a long-lasting air and water tight seal at the ground-line section. Protecting this vital part of the post makes conventional ground-line decay impossible and maintains a barrier to the causes of decay, even if the post cracks or splits. The sleeve is applied to the post prior to installation.
FENCE ARMOR
Fence Armor is manufactured out of strong, reliable, American-made, G90, 22-Gauge galvanized steel. We offer three models for wood fences: our Full version protects 3 sides. If you use two pieces on opposite sides, it will protect your entire fence post, it is also Ideal for mailbox and signage posts. Some fences have a low bottom rail, these types of fences are ideal to keep small pets from escaping. Our Demi version is designed for this “limited access” type of post. Our Round version is designed to be used on any diameter round post.
POLESAVER
A Polesaver sleeve is a heat shrinkable thermoplastic sleeve lined with a meltable thermoplastic bituminous line. Polesaver sleeves are heat applied prior to pole installation at the vulnerable ground line section of the pole to create a long-lasting air and water tight seal that permanently excludes all the factors necessary for wood decay to occur. Unlike wood preservative, Polesaver sleeves provide total protection, they make conventional ground line decay impossible ensuring pole strength is maintained over time whilst giving an expected service life of 50 years or more whilst reducing maintenance requirements.
